Very nice cigar lounge. Ventilation was great and there was a well stocked bar. Cigar selection is great as well. One of the largest humidors I have seen in Northwest Arkansas. I did not have much time when I was there, but I will definitely return when I can stay a while. The man that helped me pick out cigars was very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I stopped by.

I recently visited One Eyed Jacks Fine Tobacco Lounge and had a mixed experience that I think is important to share. The gentleman in the humidor was very welcoming and helpful, making part of my visit quite pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience with the service at the bar was the opposite. Despite the lounge not being overly busy, the bartender seemed reluctant to serve me. After placing my order, I noticed a distinct lack of attention compared to other guests; she diligently attended to every table but mine, without checking if I needed anything else.
As an African American, I couldn't help but feel this differential treatment was based on my race, especially after reading some previous reviews hinting at a similar sentiment. I contemplated addressing this directly with the staff to understand their perspective, but ultimately decided against it to avoid escalation.
I believe feedback is crucial for improvement, and my intention is not to dissuade anyone from visiting One Eyed Jacks Fine Tobacco Lounge, but rather to highlight an area that deeply impacted my experience. Hospitality is key in the service industry, and I hope my feedback contributes to a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all patrons in the future.
