Small, family run cafe. Tables full, food yummy. They start you out with coffee and OJ before you even open your mouth. 😎😎😎 Note: cash only!
Went back again for breakfast - I’m hooked! They don’t have fancy decor, but who goes out for fancy decor - you go out to eat for a delicious 😋 meal. This they have in abundance.

Traditional Mexican food- in a rustic cafe. The food (chicken enchilada) was delicious. Run by a family that has been in the region for centuries. As real as it gets. Wonderful people. The cafe furniture is pretty basic but everything was clean and tidy.
Another one of our favorite restaurants. Owned and run by a mother and daughter. Your daily menu is hand written on a lined sheet of note paper and all meals are the same price. Old world charm and atmosphere. They also allow well behaved dogs to sit next to your table.

We had really high hopes based on previous reviews, but that was not our experience. The waitress was friendly, and the food came out fast...but the machaca was the worst I've ever had, and it is my main breakfast choice, plus the only bread available is bimbo white bread - yuck! Luckily I ordered a side of bacon which although not crispy as I like, it was quality bacon, not thin FUD bacon. We wouldn't do it again.
