The food is good the bread is too salty, the environment is nice so are the servers.

This restaurant is a true franchise. Loyal to their original flavors at the U.S. locations. They even import most of their ingredients, wines and decoration. And the staff here was trained by actual American personnel.
Needless to say, the food is as authentic as any location in the U.S., from the salads to the pastas, desserts and even the drinks.
As an Ecuadorian, how do I see the food? The food here is king.
Absolutely delicious flavors. I always return here for the lasagna frita; a couple of times I even ordered seconds of this appetizer, it’s just that good.
The Tour of Italy is the best entrée to order if this is your first time here, as it contains lasagna, alfredo and chicken parmesan, all in one plate. And it’s an awesome experience; come hungry!
The salad is unlimited, just like in the U.S., and some drinks also. Ask first.
I wish I’d come here more often. I love it!

A wonderful franchaise with a really good variety in its menu; the taste is great; the servings can be more than enough; my suggestion: ask for salad as a side dish; it will be refreshing!
Great place to eat. Honest review:
Food: 10/10. Some dishes were alright, the Tortelloni Chicken Alfredo is a MUST if you don't know what to eat. "Spectacular" doesn't even makes justice to how good of a dish it is.
Service was amazing. Prices are a little high. Raspberry lemonade was also amazing and it has refill.
10/10 would recommend

The menu here in Ecuador is not extensive. But most favorites are there. Good for some family time. The Mall where is located is not huge but has a variety os shops and even a Movie Theater. Plus the location is pretty centric. Enjoy!

The first couple of times the service was great. The good service appears to match the time when the trainers from other places were here. I just came back today and it is clear that they need to train further their staff because their service sucked. The food is good, definitely better than in the states. But for the prices they manage, they need to up their game in their service.

The service and the place are great, though I cannot say the same for the food. The first time I tried Olive Garden was back in the US in 2016 and the food was amazing.
Tonight my family and I ordered 4 different plates and all we can tasted was TOMATOE SAUCE. With plates' prices around USD 20 - average - for tomatoe sauce with something else; it is just a rip off.
