Went last Tuesday around 3:30pm. Breadsticks were cold & tough to chew. Spaghetti with Marinara was blah. Lots of shrimp though. My beau enjoyed his Fettuccine Alfredo. He ordered crispy chicken but received grilled. My plan was to order two different alcoholic drinks. But because it took quite awhile to receive the first one I didn't have time to order the second one. Cool we were able to pay with the tablet at the table. Unfortunately we left underwhelmed. Got it out of our systems, but won't be back, especially at that price. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Service was slow and terrible. I could see thick dust on the ledge right next to my head at the table I was seated at. The atmosphere would have been better if pretty much everyone there wasn't aggravated and low key complaining about their food or lack of service. First time in this location, The waiter David, was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience here. Honestly I’ll go back and hope he gets to attend me again! Olive Garden offers a pleasant dining experience with a cozy ambiance and delicious Italian cuisine. The pasta dishes were flavorful, and the breadsticks were a delightful start. The service, particularly from our waiter Maxx, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and efficient. Maxx made our visit enjoyable with his helpful recommendations and timely service. Overall, a satisfying dining experience at Olive Garden with a standout performance by Maxx. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Prices were great including the entree takeouts and I left fulfilled and very satisfied. The waitress, Keondra was excellent and the manager personally came over to ensure we were satisfied with the services. The busboy cleared the tables efficiently and the bartender made an excellent drink. The atmosphere was also well decorated with beautiful lighting. We came in about 30/20 min before closing on Saturday assured we would be in and out. We ordered the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. A quick semi- healthy family dinner. Our server never came Back to check on us after the food was delivered. I tried to make eye contact while she was walking around cleaning and clearing tables around us. When she finally came over (2minutes to 11) we asked for a second round of soup and salad. She came back seconds later to tell me that the soup has already been put away. As a long time hospitality worker I know when the kitchen is closing as a server it is your job to make sure the table has all food ordered. Not only that I would’ve been right there with the check if there’s nothing else I can do for the table. Servers all standing around joking with each other While we patiently wait for a check. Quicker the check is dropped quicker a table leaves but I’m not sure just seemed like an unprofessional environment. Had she told me upfront hey I don’t think you’ll be able to have a second round of soup i would’ve have gotten something else on the menu. I left hungry and very dissatisfied.
