Food is always great at Olive Garden restaurants. Bryan our waiter was great. My only complaint is that when we were seated our table seemed to have been wiped down very poorly there was food residue from previous costumer. The cups were dingy covered in a white film. Good place for people who are fans of pasta and lasagna. Place was empty and not to crowded. You can enjoyed many of the food menu. I did enjoy my soup and steak. I've been to other Olive 🫒 Garden in the states side, but this one here in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 takes the cake as far as friendly service, the waitress was amazing and sweet, the atmosphere was pumping, we had a great time there with family than what I can say when I've gone to the ones that are in the vicinity of where I live in Orlando FL, but this location was awesome, and amazing. This was the first time I visited Olive Garden and I would highly recommend this place. We did have to wait 30 minutes considering it was a weekend, but they would send us a message to our phones when it was our time. The food was amazing, the service was great and even the wine was pretty good. Would definitely go again. The prices were also pretty good considering the plates we had and they gave us soup, salad and bread on various occasions. This is a new Olive Garden located in Prado plaza in Santa Isabel,Puerto Rico. The restaurant was very nice and clean the staff was very helpful,friendly and very knowledgeable about the item in the menu. There is ample parking space including handicap parking,mask are required and they also have bathrooms and wheelchair accessible entrance. Masks are no longer required, and now they just installed two door the connect Olive Garden to Dennys Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Berjena A la Parmesana

Just visited for the first time. Excellent service from guest to servers. Delicious food, desserts and drinks. The menu has little options, still delicious. Big portions, I couldn’t finish my plate. The restaurant was packed but they still managed to sit me and my partner in less than 5 minutes of wait. Service was lightning fast, we were served our appetizer in under 10 minutes and served our entrées in under 20. Food was great. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

If you are familiar with the Olive Garden experience in the U.S then this location might surprise you. I stopped getting the Tour of Italy due to the poor quality Parmesan Chicken and switched to Carabbas in the U.S but decided to gamble in Puerto Rico.I figured Olive garden wouldnt want to export, what I find to be, terrible chicken to PR and maybe they would instead use more natural chicken in PR or perhaps the cooks would prep it better or both. The gamble paid off!! See the photos for yourself. Portions were bigger, I was given 4 bread sticks instead of the normal 2 in the U.S, and the Food was more natural tasting and better cooked. Not sure if I got lucky but it was like Olive Garden before they started skimping out on quality. Or maybe a better chef. Amaizing Nicole was so nice and efficent. She was friendly and fast. The food was incredible good omg and that Italian Margarita was haven and actually my herbal salmon was huge mmm yummy we had a great time.
