Appetizers were delicious we had some delicious calamari and cheese sticks, complimentary bread was hard as if maybe it had been warmed up 1 to many times. Food was good but noodles were a bit dry and under cooked, waiter was great. First time ever having Olive Garden, my sister ordered it on the app and all I had to do was go curbside and pick it up. It gave me an estimated time to pick up and it was very accurate at the time I got there. It was ready and the food did not disappoint. The breadsticks were a lot different than little Caesar’s. It had been a while since we had visited an Olive Garden, and decided to visit our local one today. When we got there, we were promptly greeted and sat at our table. The waiter was very friendly and provided great service. However, our food left a lot to be desired. My husband had the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which he has had before, but this time it didn’t taste the same. I ordered the chicken scampi, which is a dish I always enjoy eating there, however, not today! As soon as I took the first bite, I noticed something was off on the taste, but I figured maybe it was a different cook or they had altered the recipe. I had a few more bites and something didn’t feel quite right, so I cut into the chicken and examined it a little closer. First of all, it was more breading than chicken, and then, to my surprise, some of the chicken was still pink, and not fully cooked. I explained to the waiter, and he took my plate The manager came over to our table after we called her, and when I explained to her what happened, she said the waiter had told her and said she would take it off our ticket. Went on June 25th, 2023 on a slow Tuesday with no crowd. Had a group of 5. We ordered salad and when we got our plates, they were EXTREMELY dirty. Filled with little black marks, dried water and food stains. Our silverware looked disgusting as well. We immediately asked for new plates and silverware from our server, Joseph. My kids were starving and we had to wait very long in order to get drinks or food. Main course was okay, nothing special. Once done with our food, we spoke to the manager about our concerns. The manager didn't seem like he cared when I showed him the pictures of the dirty plates. And he just said "I'll let the dishwasher crew know about that". We are very disappointed with Olive Garden. Loved it. First time trying it since not eating on a school trip 10 years ago. (Was a field trip). We tried a dish that: -had fried shrimp with bell peppers. -mozzarella sticks - tour of France dish ~side salad ~soup Tried an Irish whiskey drink not to dye in the name. Honestly the best!!! Great food, great salads, the best breadsticks with Alfredo sauce on the side ($4/5), Awesome service and great pasta options! The ambiance is just so relaxing and perfect! 100% reccomend!
