Waitress was super sweet, food was delicious. However, the host that checked us in was arrogant . The place was empty and she said there wasn’t seats for 6 people. We looked around the corner and there were plenty of seats and there was plenty of servers. She was just being rude. So not cool for a classy restaurant. My friends and I came for the never ending pasta bowl but they were so backed up that we only got one pasta bowl- even though we sat down about 2 hours before closing. They tried their best but it still sucks that we only got one bowl of pasta. They didn’t even tell us the kitchen was closed until after it was closed and we couldn’t order more. At least a coupon or something for the next time would’ve been good. We ordered drinks and they were ok! We came here to eat lunch on a Saturday. We got seated right away. It was easy to find parking. They have their own parking lot. I've been to this place many times. My go-to order is always the unlimited bread, salad, and soup. Their chicken and gnocchi have always been consistent and my fave. The breadsticks were baked fresh, and the salad had the perfect amount of vegetables and dressing. Our waiter was professional and came back to our table multiple times. The place were clean, especially their restrooms. I will always come back to this restaurant. Our server was excellent. She was very attentive and took care of everything we needed, especially with one person needing a gluten-free menu. The manager stop by twice, once before to verify how they handle gluten-free items and then the second time to verify that everything came out okay. Our food came out perfect and was very tasty! We had a family dinner for 17 that included 7 children aged 2-9 and they cared for us very graciously. Our servers were very attentive to our needs and the food was amazing,as usual for this location. Thank you for helping make this a great evening to celebrate a birthday! I’m always a fan of Olive Garden, especially the salad and breadsticks. I do wish the menu was updated with new items more frequently. I get bored of ordering the same things. Tour of Italy is always one of my favorites. It is a large portion so I always have enough for lunch the next day too. I did try a green apple moscato sangria, and it was excellent! Unprofessional service. Food might as well be a microwave dinner it obviously sat under a warmer for a long time. Never saw a manager asked twice. Our server whose name escapes me was rude brought us the wrong drinks. When we sat down the table was filthy and under it even worse. Close it and get new staff it obviously needs it. We paid for our food didn't finish it. Left 10% and that was kind for the service we got. We went somewhere else and got better service, warm food that wasn't like plastic, we told our server about the experience and they told their manager and he bought our food at the other place for us because of our experience at Olve Garden very kind. Server got a $110 tip she was spot on with attentiveness. Since our meal was paid for we gave her the cost of the meal and what the tip would have been. Me and my significant other both have been in the restaurant business. We get it. So we know when a restaurant just isn't ran well and Olive Garden is not. Food taste has never let us down. However, on this visit, we waited a long time for our food. Our waiter seemed extremely busy with multiple tables but did well to try to maintain order at our table. Unfortunately, he was moving so quickly that he spilled water on my back but didn't notice. I never said anything because like I said he was working hard to keep us happy. I also noticed the busboy would clean the other tables but would not address the items on the floors. Ultimately, my family had a good time as usual but we just noticed a few things that we aren't a custom to when dining at Olive Garden. We had a very challenging experience. We had a party of 15 for my 11 year old daughter's birthday. 8 of the party was 11 years old and eating off the kids menu, we had them all mark what they wanted on their menus to make it easier. 2 teenagers that ordered the same thing and 5 adults. We watched multiple tables who came in after us served before, but were a bit party so we're being patient. Of the 5 adults only 2 of our meals were edible, 1 cold Alfredo, 1 dry Alfredo, and a spaghetti and meatballs where the meatballs tasted freezer burned. Then 1 kid didn't get food at all until we were done eating and leaving. They gave us 2 servers. So I thought we would be ok. Well the kids had fun and that's what matters.
