Management is responsible for cleanliness and this location has WAY too much accumulated dust on the top of everything higher than 6 feet - They are failing at a very important part of managing a restaurant. That dust will fall off in clumps at some point. The a/c vents and ductwork is the most obvious with loads of it… That being called out, our food was fantastic and so was our waiter. Great prices and tasty food. Only down side is they seem short staffed, and our server was spread so thin that she forgot about my order to go. I ended up waiting 1/2hr to only end up getting a refund. I suggest ordering to go at the same time you placed your order so as to have it ready when you leave. Other than that Great food. Food was great. Server was very unfriendly, don't know if was just because it was late... Or she doesn't know how to treat a table.. We never been told the side of dressings will have an extra charge..she never introduced her self, or even say hello. Just took the order, literally "drop" sharing plates to the table and automatically brought the check... Hopefully Ashlyn was just having a bad day... I'm not one to give out 5 stars however Old Chicago Pizza deserves them. The service was absolutely stellar, their food is amazing and flavorful and the atmosphere is top notch. Happy hour was phenomenal. If you are in Bozeman please do yourself the favor and stop here for a meal and or beer. Absolutely have loved being at this place both times!! This is my new favorite restaurant!! Arrived at restaurant at 5:45. Ordered burger. Burger comes out at 6:45, still pink throughout. Asked for it to be cooked through. Second burger arrives at 7:30. It’s even more undercooked than the first one. Server also tried to charge for the second burger (which I know is an honest mistake, but still). It’s apparent that top to bottom staff is unable to effectively operate a restaurant. You’d be better off ordering door dash from inside the building, that would get you faster service than the staff. But your burger still wouldn’t be cooked all the way through. Food was good enough we could have given it a 5 but the Alfredo spaghetti pie was short on Alfredo sauce and on the marinara underneath. To be fair, my wife asked for more of both half way through and our waitress kindly brought more. Buffalo wings were great. Service was just a little slow, but the atmosphere was great as we ate on the patio where the music wasn't too loud and it was a beautiful day. Nice salad and pie to-go. Tasted great! Love the toasted pepperoni— gives them a special sweetness. Blue cheese dressing was good as well. Not sure if it was house made but it had that taste and texture; nice big chunks of blue cheese. Not a full heavy Chicago pie but a cross between that and a fluffy crust Pizza Hut offering. Quick and friendly service and a long wait for a “deep dish” style pie. Price per person $10–20
