I was extremely excited to see this truck!! I had no idea they had this! I got the yummy yummy roll and it was absolutely delicious!! I've already been highly recommending them to all my friends! The food here is great. The only thing better than the food here are the people who run it. Super nice, super courteous, and very personable. Really glad they opened here. Volcano roll is one of my go to when I'm having a hard time deciding. If you call and they are on the other line with a customer they always call you back when they finish. When I arrived to this location, it was just a food truck. There was no seating and they only do carry out order. Staff were friendly. I ordered steak hibachi and they gave me waiting buzzer. I stayed in the car with air conditioning on since it was pretty hot outside. Once it buzzed, I pick up my food. The steak was juicy and delicious. I really like their food but I wish they could put a little veggies in their hibachi and rice. It is just my personal preference. I don't get use to eat just meat and rice. Price was fair. I ordered the steak and chicken combo for 14.50. The meat portions were child size and it was served without any vegetables, just rice and meat. The sushi rolls were much better and a better price. I’ve been craving sushi for a while and I didn’t want to dress up to go to Shoguns or the Jade buffet. Imagine my surprise and delight when I found this sushi food truck almost at the end of Karsh! So close to where I was super friendly and respectful. The place is clean with a couple of wooden picnic benches and open till 8:30pm. The menu is easy to read and they have pictures of you look online for it. The food was freshly made right there and it tasted glorious! 1000/10. Definitely earned a new customer. Photos: Farmington roll, volcano roll, bubba roll and California roll. Chopsticks included with meal. (Comes rolled in a napkin and has the soy sauce packet inside). I've eaten here multiple times at this point and have never had a bad experience. I have reviewed Sakaya and I mentioned that each Japanese joint we have in Farmington now fills a specific niche. Sakaya is there for the most authentic Japanese food in town. O-Saki, however, exists for the phenomenal sushi. Don't get me wrong. Their noodles, appetizers, and other items are all absolutely fantastic, but the sushi is the best you can get in town. It's maybe less varied than Shogun, but the quality is just on another level. The prices are really fair, the owners are very responsive and friendly, and they're surprisingly quick. Honestly, food trucks tend to make me nervous so it's a bit ironic that a sushi truck - of all things - would be one that I'd trust. You can't go wrong here though at all.
