Huevos Rancheros was Beyond Delicious! Best I’ve ever had anywhere in Washington, Colorado or Oregon! The flavors required No salsa although provided. Seriously the best breakfast! They have homemade biscuits and bread and jam. The whole meal was so delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed every minute. It is a rather small place , so limited seating. Plan ahead, because I promise its worth the wait! I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Everything about eating at the Nye Beach Cafe was phenomenal! The service was fantastic and the food was off the charts. Highly highly recommend if you're in the area. Everything is made from scratch and you can taste the quality. They also have awesome gluten free options. It looks like they only serve breakfast and lunch but a the full menu is served regardless of the time of day. There is limited seating available, less than 10 tables inside and maybe 4 or 5 tables outside. Our biggest problem was that the hotel breakfast was really pathetic. My daughter and I decided to take a morning stroll instead, and we came upon a beach café. Walked in and saw the most comfy chairs at the counter - we caved to temptation and sat at the counter to watch the kitchen staff. We got to watch the tortilla maker make fresh corn tortillas in the kitchen! The breakfast sandwich was huge and amazing and my beans and tortilla were flavorful and savory and a perfect solution for breakfast. Best breakfast I’ve ever had! I was with a party of 7 and we got in pretty quickly despite being busy. We each got different stuff and everything was delicious and the service was great! Delicious food, amazing service and everyone was so friendly! The artwork inside the building was so neat and gave it a cool feel. Prices were not crazy, 4 adults and 3 children all ate for $100, and the portions were great as you can see from the photos. The food was high quality too! Highly recommend! The Biscuits and Gravy and Bloody Mary were delicious too! They also had some cute mugs available towards the bathroom at decent prices (I wish I got a photo of them...) and the one bathroom were clean and well managed. They did not have a baby changing station so that's something to be aware of, my little and I have had good practice changing standing up as this happens to us regularly.
