I was charged a convenience by the rude lady at this location yet I was playing cash after she added it on my receipt. (Confusing and sketchy) All she does is sit in the back and get upset when we walk up to purchase refreshments as if we’re interrupting her leisure time. The date was 01/22/24 at 8:30 PM. The people you employ have the ability to either make or break you and unfortunately she seems to not care whether she tarnishes this franchise’s image as she has done this on continuous encounters.
