I ordered an entree through the Noodles app. I have Celiacs disease, so I ordered the gluten free shells and grilled chicken. Well, Lexi from the Oshkosh location personally called me and asked me if my order was because of an allergy, and if it was, she could make it special, allergen free. I was really thankful, for customer service to go above and beyond. So, thank you, Lexi! My Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese is fire!!!! The garlic cream tortellini was amazing for the price, service was okay. Not bad but nothing to write home about. Overall the place had clean tables and good food definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They closed early at 8pm and we just made the cutoff. Food tasted great even though my penne rose was made with a different noodle and the potstickers didn't have any pan seared marks. I would stop here again if driving through. Bleh everyone bragged about this place but bleh. Food not good. I had broccoli added and it was literally raw broccoli microwaved for 15 seconds. Idk what the rave is here but the broccoli is the tip of the iceberg. Food was cold. Noodles barely cooked. Bleh. First and last visit. Always good food!!! This location has outdoor seating as well, which was really nice. The staff was extra friendly and approachable.
