Best grilled spare ribs I’ve tasted. Smokey and flavorful. Salt baked wings was delicious too. We asked for seconds of these two items. Other dishes like fried tofu, chicken breast, asparagus was flavorful as well. Only bummer is this place is a small homey restaurant, no seating for last groups! Our group of 5 had to squeeze into a table for 4. Be there early as some folks were turned away due to limited seating.

A real hidden gem! The food was amazing :)
They have only 16 seats and probably do only two rounds per night so i recommend getting there early (plenty of people got turned away because its full). Theres parking in front. All the dishes we had were great. It takes a while to get your food so please enjoy your drinks while you wait: we spent 3 hours. Highly recommended :)

The food is so delicious, the boss are so nice and friendly. We went two night and first night was full , we didn't manage to dine in. On second night we went there earlier and got a seat.
We almost order all the food in the menu, and it didn't disappointed us.
We will definitely come back again if we are in kawaguchiko area next time.

This is a hidden gem in the Kawaguchiko area! Some of the best skewers and dishes I've ever had - every single one didn't disappoint. Spare ribs are the best I've ever had, and the owners were warm and friendly, even trying their best to introduce the dishes in english, and the order and pace of food was just great! To top it off, they even gave a little handmade gift at the end!
They have a workable ordering system for english speakers so it was a very smooth experience! Will definitely go again if I am in the area! Much recommended! ❤️ Thank you!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! A hidden gem ran by a lovely couple. The yakitori was mind blowing. While the dishes looked simple and humble, the taste was extraordinary. The meatballs with sauce are an absolute must-try.
We arrived at the restaurant right when they opened and seats were quickly filled up. I would strongly recommend coming early to grab a seat.
Do note that if you are in a rush, I would urge you to visit other restaurants instead. Given that the entire restaurant is only manned by the couple, they are at times swamped with many responsibilities (cooking, prepping, waitering, cleaning, cashiering).
If you have ~2 hours to spare to savour the sheer beauty of what this restaurant has to offer, this is the place you have to be for your trip to Kawaguchiko.

An Izakaya restaurant run by a lovely couple. It can get quite busy, be prepare to wait. The restaurant close at 10pm but last order at 9pm. The owner speak limited English. However, English menu provided. There are also English sign available in the restaurant.
We think the food is quite alright but the owner is friendly and making the effort to ensure you have an enjoyable meal.

Super friendly owners and delicious food. We like everything we ordered. The price of each skewer is more than fair. The owners even provided each guest a gift (hand made toothpick holders with toothpicks) at the end.

Meatballs were the best ever!! 10/10 would eat again (in fact we ate a total of 6 sticks of meatballs because they were SO GOOD). Salt baked chicken was a 9/10 and would highly recommend too :)
