Visited recently for a dinner and ordered food, however they took 1 hour and 50 minutes to provide what we ordered (only 3 variations). We had to remind about it several times, and ask to provide at least water after waiting for more than an hour in the table. Food is fine, but not happy about the customer service.

The food was great!! But the waiting time is just the qorst man, i waited 20-30 minutes for a large noodles and shezwan chicken but the food is great, definielty reccomend if you call the resetaurant before hand to just pick it up or have it delivered

Food was great. Food arrival is slow which was expected. Maintenance like proper floor mopping can improve.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The preparation time for a small fried rice took an excruciating 53 minutes. Not only did they neglect our order, but they also served the next order, which was a large one, before ours. The portion size that used to be good in the past has now decreased, and it's not enough for a single person. What was even more frustrating was that they didn't offer any apology for the delay.
Additionally, the restaurant had more than 15 dine-in tables, but they were all empty even during peak hours at 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm, which makes me think that no one prefers dining in there. The pricing system was also quite unusual, with figures like 1243/=, and they even asked for change instead of providing it themselves. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and experience at this restaurant.

A worst restaurant. Food is worst. There are not even a one chinese cuisine in the menu. Didnt serve water until even when paying money. Chopsuey rice was a nightmare. Waste of money as the prices also very high.

This review is not for flower zone retaurant's food quality or service. This is about a dissapointed case of kitchen workers. when we are going to the kandy new road, there were two guyz on 3rd floor i guess, one person wearing an aprain and other person wearing white dress. those guyz thrown some vegitables to us. i really dissapointed about these men behaviouer.
flower zone retaurant must take the responsibility of this case. you already lost a regular customer. please inquairy this issue. This will happen to another person. specially to girls. please avoide these kind of misdeeds again. it will be huge damage for your brand's status👎👎
