I bought a chicken fried rice from this today. The food is too salty. Looking for carrots is easier than looking for chicken pieces. There was no gravy at all. The chili paste is a bit good but not enough for the dish. Better than sauce packets if you put a gravy. The girl at the counter is nice, but the waiter lady does not know how to provide services. Because one comes there to eat, not to bathe. So, no one likes to talk like hitting. Since there was no other shop nearby and I had some work to do, I brought the food. Anyway, because the food was not tasty, just like that waitress lady. Won't go again. Can't recommend to anyone. Food Is average and prices are slightly higher than in similar hotels all over Sri Lanka. Service Is awful and staff Is grumpy, never smiling, never Say "goodmorning" or "thank you". We came here for One week for lunch. They Always served us last even thought we were there before the other customers. One day I was buying some bread and a guy was serving me, suddenly a girl came from nowhere and the waiter stoped to serve me to serve her. I told him that It was unfair and he should finish to serve me and then proceed with another customer. He laughed at me and he said to wait and he made fun of me with other customers Who came to me to tell me that I have to wait. I went to the comptroller and asking her why they behave like that and treated me in a such rude way. She didn't answered and She just laughed at me along with the local customers and the waiter. I stayed for One more month in tangalle and I never ever stepped in their restaurant again. They don't care about customers, manly if not locals. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service is soo bad. we ordered mixed food rice but instead of that the one who serve us gave us chicken fried rice. after we explain the mistake he had done he didn't accept his fault and answered us with cheap words. We went to that restaurant by recommendation of our host. For really authentical food, this is the place you have to go!! The Rice and curry was awesome and we payed for two of them plus two bottles of water 720 rupies. A huge recommendation if you want to eat delicious, local food!!!
