Neon Pretzel is a Rimrock Mall staple. It has always been around and has never waivered in it's service or product. Best place for a classic pretzel.

Google maps mark me this place to rate, but personally I was only there to take a break, I haven't bought but the place looks nice, I can not say about the variety of food sold in this place but it is a good place to take a break while you eat.

They make neat pretzels. Some (rotating) other stuff like pigs in a blanket (hot dog wrapped in dough, both big and bite sized), cinnamon bites, occasional pizza pretzel - LOTS of different sauce types for small extra charge. Soda and slushy machine for refreshment.
Note also very friendly staff, great customer service - they try to remember your preferences if you are a regular - and I couldn't do as good a job as them at that part!
Store is very clean, pretzels are always fresh and yummy!

The employees were very friendly especially the manager Justin! The food was phenomenal and there were so many options to choose from! It was the best pretzel I’ve ever had! I will definitely be returning soon!

Wish I could rate zero stars. Manager (Jordan, or Justin or something similar to that) loses his temper Everytime I go in. I would hate to have to be apart of his staff. You know, it's us, the customers who pay your guy's bills. A little appreciation would be nice. On top of that your pretzels are always cold. It's a real shame that the pretzels are better from the frozen section of Albertsons.
