Absolutely great breakfast and the price is affordable. The service is extremely fast and kind, I really appreciate it. The only minus is the main street next to it, so it's quite noisy. On February 10, 2024 I experienced horrific service at Naturalpanmenta!! I arrived for breakfast, there were three tables open and available. The table was filthy and had a dirty plate with crumbs all over the table. The table was never cleaned. We sat at the table for 15 minutes to the point we had to get up from the table and ask someone to please cleaned the table. We then waited at the same table for 15 minutes without being served, upon waiting for a waiter. There were four white individuals that came into the establishment. They were seated, they were served immediately while at the table. It was shocking to see. We were sitting at our table now for 25 minutes without being served. My mom then got up from the table and went to speak to a manager and said hey, we’ve been here for like half an hour and we still wasn’t served…. The two tables next to us four individuals are being served upon the arrival. The manager looks stupid then said Pooh sorry for that…. Then went to one of the waiters. We were sitting right adjacent to the establishment right in front, we couldn’t be missed or looked over. He went to try to get someone to service. We just walked out!! I would NEVER spend money with an establishment that doesn’t conduct business properly, I would never spend my money at a place that conduct themselves in a discriminatory. HELL NO!!!!! The service was horrendous. It wasn’t even crowded. The workers were horrific, they were rude and disrespectful. There was one African LOCAL girl that was very nasty, just a disgusting attitude. I give this restaurant and their workers 10 thumbs down, and a donkey to F- off in the sunset😂😂😂😂😂😂 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cute little place right on the main road, very easy access and decent amount of parking. Great location, and really amazing atmosphere. I love their architecture and just the general layout of the place. Very good coffee and croissant. The food was alright but nothing spectacular. Definitely a hotspot for locals. Seemed like there was a great selection of dessert as well. Pretty great place for a quick bite and fantastic coffee.

Absolutely deserves 5 stars! Lovely little hidden gem of a cafe. Lovely service. And most of all, perfect coffee and cannelloni! Must try establishment when in Watamu. Can’t wait to try their other pastries 🥮

Can't say enought about this place. Perfect location, easy access directly on the main road through Watamu. Daniel and Kim are amazing hosts who ensure excellence goes into every pastry, every sandwich, every burger, and of course perfect Italian Coffee and frozen treats. I've also enjoyed the perfect English breakfast there. The service is top notch from Amani and Martha. The place is just perfect. If you're looking for breakfast, lunch or just coffee and a treat at reasonable rates and amazing fresh tastes.....look no further. You're search has come to an end! In Watamu....it's a must stop for me.....almost daily. I would fly from Nairobi just for the Gioias sandwich. You MUST try it.

Nice place that does delivery, good pain au chocolat and very good focaccia!
