Nice coffee. Near to mini zoo kuala krai. So sad, i cant redeem the discount rm2 because it’s already expired. That’s not issue, just 2 royal kan. But the issue is, staff need to take out the memo (discount rm2) in counter. It make customer confused. I’ve already told the cashier. Thanks.

A very nice place to come and visit with a group of friends or a couple. This place located beside the Kuala Krai Mini Zoo and you can take a sip after jogging at Kuala Krai lake. There a 2 big table and 8 chairs inside the store and there are many tables outside the building. There are many options of foods like cakes, Western foods and many more. A few week ago, i came this cafe with my family, so sorry to say it came not as how we expected. Firstly, environment kat sana sgt tidak best bila dtg pada waktu tengahari. Di dalam kafe ber aircond hanya ada dua sahaja meja kecil yg boleh di duduki, untuk big family mmg sah² lah tak muat. Anak kecil menangis² sbb kepanasan terpaksa si ibu tenangkan di dalam kedai beberapa kali. Untuk cuaca dia Kelantan yang sangat panas especially waktu tghri mcm mana org yg membuat layout kafe ni boleh sediakan ruang makan indoor yg sgt terhad?? sedangkan keluasan outdoor kafe ini sgt lah luas. Agak bagus untuk guna system order QR Code tp sila improve kan gambar menu beverage yang agak mengelirukan cust untuk order. Untuk waktu tghri yang panas terik walaupun ada payung besar utk berteduh, agak sukar utk cust fokus untuk pilih minuman yg sejuk atau panas memandangkan gambar yang ditunjukkan dalam menu adalah minuman sejuk dan ada juga gambar minuman panas. Alih² kami terima semua minuman panas dia waktu matahari yang terik. Saya berpendapat staf perlu comfirmkan semula pesanan cust sama ada betul atau tidak kami memerlukan air panas atau tak. Memandangkan kami order minuman yg agak byk. staff not trained well. Walaupun minuman panas boleh ditukar kepada sejuk ia masih mengecewakan seluruh keluarga saya terutama org yg belanja family saya haritu. Really frustrating they had bad experience on this cafe. Semua sekali badmood Agak mengecewakan lagi air panas yg dihidangkan dalam bentuk (takeaway) cawan kertas sedangkan kami minum di kafe (outdoor) dan order beberapa spaghetti (Sedap). Tiada bentuk yg cantik2 untuk kami ambil gambar (latte art) . Harga yang agak mahal sangat tidak berpatutan dengan servis yang diberi. Minuman juga tidaklah sedap ada 1 dua yg boleh minum. Pernah pergi kafe much better than this cafe harga yg agak berpatutan. Parking sangat limited berebut dgn org nk masuk zoo, kalau ada parking pon jauh nk menapak. Please perbaiki sistem, operation, environment (kids friendly) terutama staf supaya terlatih dan lebih peka terhadap keperluan customer. Kdg² cust tak berkira pon pasal harga kalau servis tiptop. Saya faham kafe ini masih baru tetapi jika tak dibaik pulih agak merisaukan jika kafe ini tidak dapat bertahan lama.
