03 March 2023 Disgusting food poisoning !!!!! Second time around this had happened to my family and I the chicken was uncooked and sour. Somebody surely has to be accountable for this disturbing meal as its left my family and I sick and hospitalised. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 150–200

This is one of the best Nandos to do a delivery order. The food comes fresh and hot. The notes on the order was also done to perfection....thank you

My husband fetched our meals and noticed it was a bit dry. He asked for extra sauce. The lady said that she couldn't give him extra sauce because the cost comes out of their pocket. When he offered to pay for it they declined.

Poor delivery service. I placed my order at 16:11 and the order was only delivered at 17:44. Several calls was made to the restaurant and everytime, I was told to wait for 10 minutes. It was time to break fast and my kids were waiting very long for the meal. This is pathetic delivery service as the order was not delivered on time. Not looking forward to ordering from Nandos Reservoir Hills anymore.

The branch is one of the few fast food outlets in Reservoir hills, the staff are well trained and you are promised superb service. Uber Eats and Delivery service are available. Open till 10pm most nights.

Poor delivery service. Placed an order at 7pm now its 8.48pm still no delivery. I live 5mins away. Definitely wont be ordering anytime soon. *Update Recieved my delivery at 9.55pm You jus wasted 2 hours of my time and R 1160.00 that i paid url. Food is absolutely terrible. Chicken is dry, burnt and rubbery. Thanks to nandos reservoir hills everyone goes to sleep hungry. I wouldn't recommend nandos reservoir hills.

Called call centre and placed order. I collected my full chicken order and when I got home noticed quarter chicken was missing. Tried calling to remedy but was annoyingly disconnected 4 times. More than an hour after placing order, nobody wanted to eat anymore. The cashier gave me the owners number to call but I told her to get the owner to call me instead if they were serious about their service and customers. One week later I still haven't received that call. Don't bother Nandos Reservoir hills.

My order was supposed to arrive at 16:40 and it still never arrive at 17:40 and the restaurant is closed I guess I can assume it won't arrive
