My recent encounters with Nando's Drive-Thru service have been marked by disappointments, not just in terms of the slow service but also the dismal quality of the food served. Despite multiple visits on different days, the experience remains consistently poor. The extensive wait times, ranging from 20 to 30 minutes is extremely disappointing However, to add insult to injury, the food's quality fails to redeem the experience. The flavors lack the signature zest and vibrancy Nando's is known for, leaving much to be desired. It's disheartening to see such a establishment falter in delivering even the most basic standards of service and culinary excellence. One can't help but wonder if there has been a decline in attention to detail or a lapse in quality control. In light of these experiences, I find it challenging to recommend Nando's Drive-Thru service to anyone seeking a convenient and satisfying meal. Unless significant improvements are made, both in service efficiency and food quality, patrons are better off exploring alternative dining options. Worst Nando's in Gauteng. When placing a order you need to repeat it 3 times and then someone needs to help him. Wrap have 2 big chunks of onion and very little chicken. Amazing food........Best location for a restaurant and amazing setup, their service is one of the best in town. I have been to few places and this one has made everything possible for me in the best way. its one of the places that has been there for many people.
