my recent dining experience at this restaurant left me absolutely flabbergasted and not in a good way, the service was on a whole new level of terrible. Imagine waiting for designer drinks for a whopping 30 minutes because they apparently ran out of glasses. Glasses – a pretty fundamental element in any dining establishment.
But it didn't end there. The portion sizes for their Fiesta Fries were laughably small, especially when compared to the generous servings I've enjoyed at other Nando's outlets. To make matters worse, the pieces of pulled chicken were so minuscule that they were nearly invisible.
And the taste? Well, the Fiesta Fries simply didn't hit at all, leaving me longing for the flavors I've come to expect from Nando's.
But the pièce de résistance of this culinary disaster was my order of the Pulled Chicken Avo & Halloumi Boujee Bowl. Imagine my surprise when my order came to see that the promised avocado was missing in action.
Not only that, but the portion of rice was insultingly small, I'd be hard-pressed to call it a 'bowl’.
my visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a dining disaster, filled with service mishaps, inadequate portions, and missing ingredients. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon. If you value your dining experience, steer clear of this establishment

The food, location and general atmosphere is great BUT the hygiene and customer service is dismal.
1. The hand washing area was filthy and full of food particles. It remained like that for the 1 hour+ that I was there.
2. The staff took too long to clean the tables and the sauce bottles which were smudged with grease and who knows what else.
3. The waitresses/waiters do not seem to carry themselves with decorum. I could hear giggles and gossiping. Reminded me of a trip to the barber/saloon. They took too long to attend to requests.
A FEW positives.
4. The security at the entrance is ever friendly and courteous.
5. The food was good. Could have been great had it not been for the issues raised above.

Great place, just that everytime I go there they won't be having one or more items or more items of meal. One day it could be no avocado in a meal that is advertised with avocado, or no lettuce in a salad that is supposed to have lettuce. Other than that they great, staff is awesome too.

Honestly the most beautiful and neatly kept Nandos I've been to🙂🥂. The lady I spoke to was so nice, I have to go again. Try it, you won't regret it!

It's okay, it's the nicest place to eat in the CBD I think, I might be wrong. Still exploring.
The chips aren't great but the chicken's good. Don't order fiesta fries. I don't know what's with the cheese sauce but it tastes very watered down. As if it's been mixed with mayonnaise or something. You can't really taste the cheese sauce.
I love their designer drinks. Get the double on a hot day. It's huge!
The vibe is great. It's never too full and you can even work on your laptop if you want. Customer service is okay. The place is very clean which I appreciate. Overall, ok . I would say 3.5 stars 😁
