Perfect meal! The pita sandwich is a respectable size packed with ingredients and you have a few customization options for your salad bowl (I went half couscous, half baba ghanoush). The grilled steak is tender and cut into big slices. I would eat here everyday if I was located closer to them. This was the first time we had Indian food. I was specifically looking for vegetarian options. Not knowing what to expect and assuming everything was spicy I was very appreciative of the friendliness and willingness to help me make the correct choices to make my visit memorable. The staff gave small samples and described the dishes. The food was very fresh and good and the restaurant was very clean and appealing. As we were leaving we thanked the staff for their service. They were interested in our opinion. We will definitely be returning. The quality of the Middle Eastern food at Naf Naf Grill really amazed me when I recently had lunch there. Falafels, hummus and veggie sides are all very good. The shawarma and rice are kind of dry. Add tahini, it helps. Otherwise ithe food is good. Chipotle style service. Portions are good. The interior is ambient temperature. So today it'is very cold. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My family eats at Naf Naf all the time. We LOVE the food! It is fresh and delicious, always hits the spot. Enough for two meals for some of us. The next day we fight for the leftovers. The people who work there are always kind and welcoming, and the restaurant is bright and modern, although we usually get takeout. The falafel is really good, so the vegans in the family are especially happy, but honestly, the rest of the carnivores are happy too-- either with the falafel or the steak or chicken choices. I hate giving low stars. I ordered something and my card has been charged four times. After that lady want me to swipe again. I politely asked and shows four separate transactions popped up in my credit card apps. They stick on the same and don not agree problem might happen from there side as well. I know that they can reverse a transactions but the approach was not right at all Poor treatment to the customers. Love to see them serve better to their customers with patience.
