A bit more expensive than normal food in Istanbul but the kebab was really nice. You can go to a rooftop "bar" where they will take photos of you with the Sea of Marmara in the background. Maybe we should have just ordered the breakfast platter, it looks value for money. Plus the staff is so nice and friendly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The view from the terrace was breathtaking but the food was mediocre. On our first day in Istanbul, we decided to try this place out since our hotel staff recommended it and it was super close to our hotel. We were extremely tired and looking to eat some good food. When looking through the menu, we saw that some items had no price and found that extremely odd. Later, we figured out why. As we were ordering, they first took a good look at us and made up a price on the spot! Come on. They charged us over $100 USD for this “mixed grill” platter (which was 80% vegetables—where’s the mixed grill??). We don’t mind paying more because we’re visiting from New York and we like to support local businesses but this was outrageous. If you’re a tourist, you’ll automatically get charged more. However, I understand the restaurant’s appeal. They made the food and atmosphere look extremely aesthetic so this is a good place if you’re an influencer or just want to take nice pictures. The food doesn’t necessarily taste good, it just looks good. Maybe other menu items are better. I have to admit though, the rooftop was beautiful. If you’re fine with paying for the view, then it’s all good. Otherwise, go someplace else with better food and a nice view. Edit: I’ll increase my rating!

Right in the heart of Fatih this multilevel restaurant has a cosy terrace, million dollar views, great food, spectacular sish and amazing service. We went here a couple of times whilst in Istanbul with New Years Eve in the terrace. Adnan and the team were amazing with their hospitality, attentiveness and enthusiasm to good food and great service. Have your sisha prepared by Adnan for the specialty or the mint on mint is a great fresh choice from our young Kurdish friend who will ensure you’re catered for for food, drink and shisha whilst you enjoy the view over the city to the sea. When in Istanbul make sure you head here with good priced meals, huge servings, amazing views, a comfortable restaurant on every level and of course the most hospitable service in Istanbul. Thanks to all of the team there in making our Istanbul trip just that bit more special and see you again. We recently had the pleasure of having a traditional Turkish breakfast at My Terrace and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The restaurant not only offered an amazing view of the city, but the warm and friendly service elevated the entire experience. From the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even took stunning pictures for us, capturing the essence of the moment and adding a personal touch to our visit. The food was plenty and prices were extremely affordable.
