Stopped in to give this place a try, and we were not disappointed. I tried the steak burger, which consisted of shredded steak on top of a burger patty. It was delicious, and yes, of course, I added bacon. The bun had a semi-sweetness that blended well with the cheese and burger toppings. I would certainly recommend giving them a try.

Blown away! The bartender Justin is the best tender I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a longggg time. This gentleman takes extreme pride in his job. Look at this Bloody Mary! Off the hook people! The burger was 6 out of 5 stars but the Bloody Mary was 10 out of 5. I love it when people go way above and beyond to take care of customers. It’s been a while since I’ve been back to Memphis area but if you want to have the best burgers and bloodys in the Mississippi River valley then come see Justin at olive Branch Mugshots.

We found this spot after a suggestion from a family member. While we did not try the peanut butter burger, it was highly recommended. Beer was nice and cold; local beers on draft! Food came out super fast. We were told the Louisiana style chicken is extra hot. The mild option is made with Frank's Red Hot. I went with the extra hot and it was very good. Spicy, but not to the point you can't finish it. Huge shout out to our server Lindsey who was extremely personable and had great product knowledge. Good luck at school!

No wait at 6pm. Happy hour ends at 6pm so we just missed it. Ordered wings extra crispy and the cook did their thing. Wings were ate up in no time. Next were burgers and fries, they were some big burgers. They don't give you a big portion of fries but as big as the burger was I don't think I could eat lots of fries. Asked for no onions and the burger still had onions.

This was my families first visit at this location. We ordered a queso appetizer which never came. I ordered steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. Our food took a long time to come. My food was barely warm. It wasn't good any way. I had asked for extra gravy which I didn't get and my steak should have had gravy on it, instead it was warm and dry. The mashed potatoes had gravy on them which I didn't want. I guess our food had been sitting because the waitress said she had a large party of 9 which required all of her attention. She apologized and said she was sorry it impacted our meal. My son had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. For whatever reason they put a lot of uncooked onions on it. The onions should have been sauteed. I only ate a couple of bites of my meal. It just wasn't good. I wasted $40 bucks. The waitress tried but the kitchen messed up the food and there weren't enough servers to work the tables. None of us will be coming back to this location.

Myself and my husband both go to Mugshots regularly. I can only hope that when you read the rude review that was done before this one, you can see through all of the bull. It's funny how the previous review says that every single staff member was horrible. That never happens in real life. You can usually find at least one or two people who are good. There are a TON of good people there that work hard and take care of customers. We always get great food, the bartenders are always great and the place is always clean. I am sure that if our food was wrong, they would be more than happy to replace it or take it off. As for the previous review thinking the server lied about her hearing loss, she did not and I know for a fact that if she didn't respond to their requests, then it was because she could not hear. Please don't let all negative reviews be taken as real and sincere. Not all are. These young kids that work there come from all walks of life and have never been anything but nice to us when we go in. I also have never seen one staff member ever act rudely to anyone. The hamburger that is like a philly cheesesteak is awesome and the fries are always super yummy! Great job Mugshots! Thanks for taking care of your customers, even those that are absolutely rude sometimes.

Food was EXCELLENT. The cheese wedges were the best fried mozzarella I have had in a long time. The Mac n cheese burger was so big my husband only ate 1/4 of it. My chicken Philly was good. I like the smaller diced peppers and onions. Our server Brenna was great at her job. We will definitely be back.

This place could use a deep cleaning because those kids booster seats are dirty as hell!😫 The food doesn't taste better then Chilli's Bar & Grill! We tried the queso dip & chips which look like it was microwaved! The southwest egg rolls were delicious! My son's kid pasta was disgusting and he's not a picky eater at 1 🤦🏾♀️😩! The burgers are just okay no seasoning but brioche buns on the burgers are good! But I won't visit again! Oh....and our server was nice,she really was but it seems she was rushing us 🤷🏽♀️

Best bleu cheese ever!!!! I LOVE their wings. Our server was A1.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Food was amazing! I'm not used to restaurants being open 30 min before closing, but this one was.
