The overall experience is not nice. Waiting time is long (had to wait for over 10 minutes for 2 short caffe mocha) and the 2 ladies don’t seem interested. Tables were still dirty even though previous visitors complained.

5 people behind the counter and it takes too long to get an order. At least the staff are enjoying themselves by visiting all the time. 2 years of bad reviews and 2 years of management apologies. Time for new management. No, way past time for new management.

The tables were terribly dirty and had to clean it ourselves. When asking the waiters to clean, a bad face was given. They simply just graced over the table, no wonder it is so dirty over time. Crumbs on the chairs and floor. The atmosphere is really not inviting.

Overall experience was horrible. The place looks dirty and uncleanly, the staff are very rude and miserable, and provide the most terrible service ever. We ordered simple toasted sandwiches and when we eventually got it, it was toasted so hard that it was almost impossible to eat. Would not recommend to anyone.

Order a Bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich on a Saturday morning at 8:30am only to be told that the eggs are finished. Then I order an alternative and it was also made incorrectly after waiting 30mins for 2 sandwiches. Very poor reflection of the brand we all know very well.

I went there today and the first lady who was standing behind the muffins answered only my first question and from then she literally acted like I wasn't there. She totally ignored me and even turned her back on me as I was ordering. It was just embarrassing. When I told the cashier that her colleague is rude she asked me what she did and just said nothing about it after that. A weird bunch, very unwelcoming.

Ordered 2 breakfast bagels first thing in the morning and was served cold bagels that were clearly from the day before. While eating, realised the bagel had missing ingredients, only had bacon and runny eggs, no relish and no rocket, etc. staff was very rude when I asked about the missing ingredients, and went back to person who served me and said she doesn’t work in the kitchen so doesn’t know what is inside, her name is Hazel. Was very disappointed, stopped eating after 1 bite, food was stale from not being fresh.
