The Egyptian manager ( at Qeirawan Branch) is very very rude!!! He refused to give me my order because I gave him my personal number instead of work number from which I ordered the food. Despite of me telling him that both of them are my numbers and to call my mobile phone to confirm, he straight up refused to give me my order and asked to to get out of the store?!! This isnt the first time i have ordered from this branch and the manager has met me before as well. I had to call up the main HQ and complain against the manager for me to get the order!! This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth and will never again visit this store. PLEASE HIRE A NEW MANAGER WHO HAS SOME BRAINS AND IS BETTER EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. Incident happened on 18-7-21

ممتاز وحقا أصبح المفضل لدي من كنتاكي لان الدجاج نظيف ولا توجد رائحة الزفارة حقا ممتاز ولكن الخدمة داخل المطعم بطيئة للغاية Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person KWD 4–6 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

الأكل جودته ممتازة. المطعم ملتزم بنسبة بالاشتراطات الصحية (عدا الgloves) المطعم لا يشدد على الزبائن بتطبيق الاشتراطات الصحية.. الزبون يستطيع ان يدخل بدون وضع كمامة. أيضاً المطعم لا يتلزم بتعليمات الزبون: مثلاً تطلب pepsi diet يضعون لك بيبسي العادي.. يجب ان تراقبهم. وايضا قد تدفع لاشياء اضافية ولكن لا يتم اضافتها بالطلب مثل صوص معين.. يجب ان تتأكد من الطلب قبل خروجك من المطعم (بالنسبة للطلبات الخارجية)
