I wish there was a 0 for service, the lady who was at the bar was having a very bad attitude, i arrive there and found everyone drinking around 4pm on Saturday, i went to the bar to buy then she asked "can't you see the bar is not opened yet? Go buy somewhere " then i asked where did everyone got theirs? She said i must ask them, i asked one gentleman who came there serving some table, then he said i must purchase on the other bar inside the hotel premise. The guy took my order and i paid using cash, it took forever to get my change back since the guy was very busy sweating as he was working under pressure, the service was very poor although i enjoyed watching soccer and the food was delicious. Train your workers to handle customers better, we come there to relax and a smile and good service will be very much appreciated. The lady's name i don't recall it but the attitude stinks

Slowest service ever. Music is loud even when empty and the dj is literally the 11th worst dj I've heard... In my entire life.
The bar is pretty, too bad its unaccommodating and basically just sits at a loss because of the terribly slow and inconsistent presence of mismanaged staff.
Great place. Some of the drinks are expensive while others are good for your pocket. Free WiFi for visitors. You will get all the drinks you need in one place.
Received the WORST BAD SERVICE at the restaurant from a lady called Phathutshedzo. Last night we ordered vanilla milk shakes with out meals and she decided to give us chocolate without finding out if we would be okay with it since vanilla was finished. When we told her we don’t eat chocolate she refused to swap all 3 milkshakes and only replaced 1 with a cheese cake. Today we went to place orders for our dinner and she ignored us all the way. A CUSTOMER that saw us waiting for long asked her to assist us and she ignored her too. We then decided to go place our orders at the reception and the lady called the restaurant. Phathutshedzo picked up the phone and asked the lady at the reception who wanted to order at the reception and not at the restaurant and when she heard it was us, we hanged up the phone. We went to complain to the supervisor and she didn’t even apologise. When the supervisor told her she needs to change she said she won’t. Phathu is RUDE and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. As a team our company paid a lot of money for us to stay here believing will be treated well but that’s not the case. I hope something will be done about her rude behaviour. There are a lot of young unemployed people who can definitely do better than she’s doing
There are potholes on the entry way. The carpet in the passages is smelly. Some of us with sinus problems find it difficult to breath. The there's mold in the bathroom and in walls of room 071 next to the window. Ordered a lamb shank with fries. When it was brought, the food was ice cold. This is a well and truly a dumb
The place has a very nice setup however I came here before lunch time on a Thursday and the place was super empty so I have no idea why I waited about 30 minutes for my drink. Good cocktail menu and the prices seem good. I shall return tomorrow night for the vibe however I am not impressed at all...
Poor service, if you expect a waiter here forget about it. Customers drink booze n eat food waiters do not come a clean the tables even after other customers take the table.
Beautiful place with lots of potential. Very poor service and rude staff. Waiters are rude and unfriendly. You have to beg for service. Not coming here
