The food, drinks & atmosphere was wonderful. Ferhat and the rest of the service crew took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. There is a strong variety of food and reasonable prices for everyone. A 5 start restaurant, I recommend to all. This is the second time we visited Monk and we would like to say that it is the best restaurant in Bursa! Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior, polite staff, tasty food are all the reasons why we want to come back again and again. Average sushi at the price of extra premium ones. Waited for menu for 10 minutes, just took it by myself at the and. Confused the order, don't even try to apologise or make it up. At Saturday evening decided that it is a nice idea to make extra loud sounchek for life performance. But in decent places with prices above average this is made in advance, when there is no gusts. The food was very delicious. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. There were 5 of us, and each person got their sushi separately. So, in other words, one person would finish eating while the others were still waiting, sometimes up to 40 minutes. Our last person got their food 1.5 hours later, while the others had already finished eating. 😅 Isn't the purpose of a restaurant to eat together? Terrible Service. Most racist and prejudicial place ever seen. They did not allow me and my family due to my outfit. i had a t shirt and scrub pants. A guy at the entrance asked whether we have reservation. i said no. he asked me to wait a bit to get a seat for us. A girl came towards us saying they have only available space at the bar which is so stupid. How a family with small children be allowed at a bar stool at first place. then the girl immediately changed her mind saying no available place and due to my pants they cannot allow me in there. i have asked then 3 times whats the matter with my outfit. she said because me wearing scrubs style pants. The best restaurant in bursa..coming from London..and being a chef..I'm used to some amazing restaurants..I'm so impressed by the food..ferhat..our waiter deserves a special recognition..attentive..polite and engaging. One of the best restaurants I’ve been too. The atmosphere, food and drinks are perfect. The service crew is great and take strong attendance to all customers. Absolutely disgraceful wait time. We are sat here now and it’s been an hour since we ordered. I have never waited an hour plus to receive SUSHI A RAW MEAL. I have now been told it’ll be another 15 minutes almost making it an hour and a half of waiting for 5 rolls.. if you’re really hungry DO NOT VISIT.
