This place is so interesting that you need to call in advance to get the passcode to unlock the gate. They will change it every day so no cheating. The bartenders are friendly and skillful. They will do mostly bespoke drinks based on your order. And follow up with small talks if there are not many orders to complete. Strongly recommend.

Mizu Bar Dalat is a hidden gem of a cocktail bar. The cocktail artists at Mizu Bar are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They take the time to get to know each guest and their individual preferences in order to create a cocktail that is truly unique and special.
One of the things that I love most about Mizu Bar is the concept of made-to-order cocktails. There is no menu, as the bartenders prefer to create cocktails based on the individual preferences of each guest. This allows for a truly unique and personalized experience.
I highly recommend checking it out if you are ever in Dalat.

Mizu was the best thing we discovered when in Dalat. The space is cosy and intimate, the music is pretty good, the team is really fun and the drinks are absolutely stunning. Every drink is bespoke and very carefully made and then explained. We loved it so much we came back a second time before leaving Dalat.
Seriously, highly highly recommend. Bring cash, or QR payment, no credit card. It is worth spending all your money here.

Almost missed this place. Tucked back behind an unassuming door. Atmosphere was cool. Service was great and the cocktails were excellent

What a unique and memorable experience it was. When you get to the place, you can’t even hear there is a bar there, we thought it was closed until we called the place and they showed us the way inside. We didn’t know what to expect but when we got in it was a beautiful and elegant place, with good music and romantic atmosphere. They gave us a paper to fill with our cocktail preferences and made us custom made drinks.

Went with friends. My cocktail was excellent. Tasty more than expected.
Some other friends couldn’t finish their drinks. It was so interesting that I figured out that they weren’t sure about what they really up to. More room to understand yourself

the bartenders went out of their way to make me the best bespoke cocktails I've ever had (taking into account that i've visited many bars in Vietnam).
and the price is so on point - it's so affordable for such quality time and drinks imo
It's very hidden so feel free to give them a call before coming

Absolutely fantastic! What an amazing experience. Ms Chieu and Mr Dat were super attentive and friendly. Walking in you'll feel that Midnight Diner vibe and a very, very creative mixology experience. A truly special spot in Dalat.

Lovely and tiny hide-away bar in Dalat with definitely speakeasy atmosphere. I love how the founder and the bartender treat guests in an interpersonal way, a very Japanese spirit of service. Drinks are right on point, they don’t have a fixed menu but would serve according to your reference. I was quite impressed by the “Oud present” the owner recommended me. You’ll need to call beforehand to get the right address and passcode to open front gate. Overall a very chill and vibe atmosphere to experience in the cold of Dalat.
