I called for a order to go. I thought I was talking to someone in the restaurant but as it turns out it was a off site answering service. I could not understand the young man who took my call. I managed to make my order and had to pay by card in advance. When I got to the restaurant I asked where three call was answered. The young lady said it was out of the country. WHHAAATTTT. I just gave my info to who knows who. I will eat at the Ale House but I will not call in a order to go again. I'm not sure if this is a one-off event, but we ordered an appetizer , kids cheeseburger onion soup and a salad. The burger came out in 5 minutes. The waitress got me a second beer then was off to tables on the patio. AND THAT WAS IT. we never got any other food. Eventually, I was able to flag down the waitress and got the check. When I asked about our food. She said "I wondered why you weren't eating anything" She only put in part of the food ordered. She never came back to the table. I left a tip anyway. I go to the Ale House in Jupiter about once or twice a month and have never been disappointed. Peter, who has been my waiter multiple times has done an outstanding job. He always has us leaving with a smile on our face and wanting to come back. He is very attentive and overall provides amazing service! As someone who has both eaten at and worked for the Miller's Ale House in Jupiter, Florida, I cannot recommend the location enough. Everyone in the building is genuinely an incredible person-- from the kitchen and cleaning staff who diligently work towards creating an excellent enivronment to the servers who immediately brighten your day when they show up at your table. Not only that, but the managers are hard working, friendly, funny individuals who are an absolute joy to be around as well. Though I spend most of my time outside of Florida, I consistently jump at the chance to go back to this establishment. If you too become a customer, you will not only experience top-tier service but you will also be able to witness, and become a part of, the Miller's family I have grown to love. I had a great time at Miller’s Ale House in Jupiter, Florida1. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and the service was excellent. Our server, Peter, was friendly, attentive and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some good recommendations. He also checked on us frequently and refilled our drinks without us having to ask. He was one of the best servers I have ever had and he made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal and a good time. Thank you, Peter, for your outstanding service! I love the atmosphere at the Jupiter Ale House! My server Crystal was Awesome and Food was Great! Manager Kyle came over to our table to check on us too, this place is doing everything right.
