Great experience. Located in the gate G17-18 terminal 1 at the Mpls airport. Great service, very friendly. Music was soft jazz and the drinks were excellent. We did not eat here, but saw several good looking dishes. Prices are what you would expect for airport restaurant. Great relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seats/tables. Would recommend.

Super lame to pay in advance. Then only one person can come and scan your order and accept cash. If you wanted more than one, same process. Also, their machines didn't seem to communicate, I had to go show them I had ordered twice. The waiters and waitresses were great. They seem too be tied to this goofy, overbearing system.

The worst steak I’ve had for the price. $40 steak that had no flavor. No buttery taste. Too salty and undercooked. They accompanied steak with soy sauce on the side, extremely salty sauce. The steak has more fat than meat. The sweet potatoes wedges are a poor side, too salty and stiff. The fry sauce too salty. The coke was watered down. Waitresses are non attentive. I could have cooked this meal better. Eat at a different restaurant or outside of airport. Wasted $60

First of all, the drink was great.
Now, I've been to a lot of airports and airport bars, but this is a first for me. The staff is attentive, capable, engaging, and helpful. But they are shackled by the fact that all customers must order through the QR code/ website. All customers must pay through the same method. I watched customers try to order and pay in cash, and leave in frustration. The bartenders spend more time giving IT support, than tending bar and serving drinks.
The option to see the menu on your phone is great. The option to pay on your phone is great. But to sit at a bar, have a person tell you they aren't able to take your order, or payment, is frankly stupid.
Let these people do their jobs and engage with your customers.

Ordering from the app felt like completing a credit application which I didn’t feel like doing just to get breakfast. The waitress that came to the table said we had to use the app and couldn’t take our order so we left. She was kind. Not allowing wait staff to take orders is just silly. If customers want to spend money, make it as easy as possible to order and pay using their preferred method.

I came in to get a beer, and all kinds of staff were working. We serve beer at the bar but are unwilling to serve everyone because the system is down. Whatever the system is. People sitting all over some get drinks with no issue. The rest of us can't get anything. They are entirely horrible service managers standing around doing nothing. If the manager working on 2/23/2024 worked for my business I would get rid of her.

I had breakfast here, the classic. Their breakfast potatoes were so greasy I couldn't eat them, sausage was cold in the middle and bacon looked completely raw in stops. I would have told my waiter about it but never saw her after she dropped off my food. The applebutter is good tho!
