So me and my friend went for some waffles there and the services was bad. When we received the waffles the icecream was already halfway melted but the waffle was cold and some of the ingredients were missing (chocolate pieces and sended it back to fix it and something that looked liked nuts under the sauce but the waiter said that it was the icecream that made it looked like that, I ordered a caramel aero gold waffle) and after we payed we went to a other shop for almost 10min and we saw that the plates were still on the table even though they were not busy maybe just short staved at the moment. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

30min and waiting - no one has bothered to even bring me a menu … service is nonexistent. What a pity - I am a huge Milky Lane fan ☹️ Maybe they think I am just tired 😂 and I am sitting down and waiting 🤷🏼‍♂️ Service: 1

I would like to thank Thokozani from Watercrest for all his kindness and going beyond and above regarding the ice cream birthday cake he made for my granddaughter's birthday yesterday. She love it. You have exceeded my expectations. I will never forget the love, effort and kindness you showed towards us, as grandparents and the birthday girl. Great job and many thanks.
