I used to love this place before lockdown - you could have a good meal there and get back before lunch hour ended. Those days are gone. After waiting an hour for my pizza (the waiter disappeared completely after taking my order), I called for the manageress. She explained that they have a small oven that only cooks one pizza at a time, so if someone is ahead in the queue, you just have to wait. Fair enough, why was I not informed of the hour plus delay and given an opportunity to order something else? Um .... perhaps we can give you a discount? No, thanks, but some common courtesy and service would be nice ...
My pizza, by the way, arrived precisely three minutes before closing time. I sent it back, paid for the drinks (no discount) and left.
