Service could have been a little better. They were all very nice just did not check on us very much. When one waiter came by he asked if we needed anything I said yes salsa. He said he would let my server know. Well I guess he didn't. Once our waitress did come back she did not have, we asked again for salsa and she said yes be right back with that. She didn't. When she finally came back and checked on us I said can we please get more salsa. Then she went and got it. We did give her a nice tip because I know that job well. Well, I love their chips and salsa. We had a group of 14. My husband called twice to let them know that we were coming. When we got there, we were told we had at least a 45 minute wait. After more than 50 minutes, and watching many more 6 or 7 tops seated ahead of us, we were finally seated. They gave us a waitress who was already supposed to be off work. She was not excited about waiting on us. Our drinks took about 10-15 minutes. In the middle of ordering, we were told they had no rice. We could choose fries, at an upcharge. After 1 hour of being seated, we finally got our food. My son's burrito was wrong. My husband ended up not eating. The waitress ended up perking up and did a fine job. She just wanted to be home eating steak with her boyfriend. I love the chips and salsa, but I'm not sure we will be back. We ordered and waited, and waited and waited. I love Eskimo Joe's, bit this place, ugh. It was very dusty inside, the fake plants had a grime on them. We order simple appetizer and 2 easily to prepare meals and margaritas. It took almost 5 minutes to get water, then our enchiladas were brought out before the appetizers. Finally the margaritas arrived after our water got to the table. Our apps finally made it, after the Manger was talking to me about the poor service and food quality. The enchiladas looked old and tired. Microwave Mexican food looks better. We didn't touch any of the food it was that disgusting looking. The plates were stone cold and no heat come off meal. We told the server and manager how bad it was. The manager just agreed and said we're better than this. He comped everything, but we didn't touch it or take anything home. We even gave away the free app and dinner coupon for future visit. It was dirty inside, poor service and a I don't care from host and server. We're never going back. There's too much competition and good Mexican food to waste money there. Shame on this even being associated with Eskimo Joe's.
