A bit of a pain to find, no clear signage how to get to this place, it'll surprise you a bit how it's kind of hidden down in the car garage on the lower basement level, with zero signage to tell you exactly where to go until you're on top of it.
Also wish they had nice laminated menus instead of digital screen stuff.
Very cool live band action in the basement of the Hyatt Regency.
Not nearly as packed as it should have been for the sweet cover band that was there covering a wild mix of music interests from Eminem to Lady Gaga and beyond.
Attentive patient staff all the way to closing time at 1am.
Band even stopped to say hello to anyone coming in and sung fun birthday songs for guests.

My friend and I chose to sit at the counter, and it quickly became apparent that the attentive staff keeps a close eye on every customer. In under 3 seconds, one of them noticed my luggage and even helped me with it. I decided to order a bottle of wine at the counter, and they promptly brought it over, considering our pace. The lady in charge was exceptionally charming and poised, leaving a lasting impression. There were moments when her voice was a bit overshadowed by the lively ambiance, but she made a concerted effort to engage with me multiple times. I experienced top-tier hospitality in Phnom Penh. The only aspect that fell short of expectations was the food. While I hesitate to share a photo, the presentation of the squid rings was inventive and had a local flair. Given the upscale atmosphere of this bar, I hope they work on enhancing the culinary experience. I look forward to visiting again.

If you are looking for some place to drink where drunken teens doesn’t exist, this is the place. If happened, don’t worry, staffs will help to eliminate them because of they are very friendly and kind .
I tried burger only but I can say food is nice, better than expectation.

Had a great night here. We went to see the live music. The band are fantastic. They invited Carmela to sing, she used to play with the band here before being moved to the Marriot. She really is excellent with the band, would love to see her back here full time! The food was delicious and the service was great too. Would recommend a visit.

Classy. Clean and the quality you would expect for such a brand. We went for drinks and pizza during happy hour. All great. The pizzas were brilliant and staff were very attentive and polite and professional.. Highly recommended...
