Everything we had was delicious and the flavors were authentic and not muted or bland. Portions were sufficient to big. The service was excellent; very attentive without being intrusive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Really good food. The service was extremely great, very courteous and helpful. The place wasn't full but I went on a Tuesday, so I was expecting that. I had one of my favorites biftec empanado. Comfort food. The servers are friendly and food comes out reasonably fast. The decor is more like a family diner as opposed to other locations they have. Food was delicious but a bit salty. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We stayed two hours waiting for food after an hour and a half they came by and said that our food was wrongly made then another 30 minutes past and nothing. This is the worst place that you can go to eat. You will not be able to eat at all I thought Metropol was great, I came for vacation arrived today and I was craving the taste of Metropol The location in Caguas is the worse. Do not go there. On my first visit Puerto Rico, I visited two locations (Caguas and San Juan) The food and service was fantastic. They have a full menu of Cuban and Puerto Rican food.
