A simple venue to enjoy the famous Edirne cigeri. The interior is simple and there is only ciger as food choice. They fry their ciger in new oil each time. The food is fresh, plenty and tasty. One of the best in Edirne. Fresh liver cooked to perfection. Soft, juicy, full of flavour. Highly recommended.

If you are ever in this town , shortly before entering Bulgaria go have a wonderful delicacy. You will thank me later. Family restaurant frying the famous Edirne sliced liver. Clean and friendly.
