Very disappointed following our last visit. Every time I was in Gozo I had to try their pizza which used to be amazing. But following our last visit it was awful. This place is supposed to be locally family run and to our surprise we didn't find anyone local working there. The ftira pizza which I ordered was nothing like a ftira. The base looked like it was already readily made and the pizza lacked taste, ingredients (barely any sausages and olives) and was really dry!

Food was not the best I’ve ever had, but considering vibe and location, this is a great spot to stop by to collect some authentic and genuine bakery Gozo products. The place is a laboratory: they serve you right on the edge of the entrance by taking what you ask for straight from the baking trays. I had their “special” ftira which was good even if the potatoes were a bit too hard, but my favourite thing has been their carrot cake which was quite delicious and also cheap (just €1).

Good local bakery, seems very popular. They make pizzas, ftiras, and other traditional baked goods. Our ftiras were pretty good… we also had some sort of pastry with cheese, peas and raisins, that one is yummy!

We came here for some lunch while travelling around Gozo, and really enjoyed it. It was afternoon time so the weather was great to sit outside and enjoy our meal. The portion size was excellent, you could easily share one Ftira between 3 people. The staff/owners were pretty friendly too.

We got a recommendation from our host. During our trip to the beach we stopped here for a brunch. This bacery is a wonderfull place with magic atmosphere. We took a Ftira Tal-Mekren with local sheep cheese and local sausage. I think that it was the best food that I ate in Malta. I hope that I'll have chance to eat their ftira again.

Went here solely on the basis of google reviews and was not disappointed Loved the potato fitara and vegetable pizza. The fitaara was made with sheep cheese and potatoes. It was soft, and felt like home 🏡 definitely a must try if you have never tried one before. Also the pizza was very different tasting than what we have already had. It's a take away and so you have to carry the food away and there is no place to sit and eat.
