On the way to the "resort" I saw this residents area. Well I was disappointed at that point. But once I reached at the place, it looks really nice with great mini water theme park. Got awesome slide and its suitable for kids. + They have few guard on watch. So it's safer.
We booked 3 room with promotion. Twin bed is very spacious from ordinary single bed. So we got plenty of room for the kids and adult can rest easy.
The view is not that scenic.. but around the premise it felt like we were in an actual resort-ish hotel.
The spa was also great. I didn't go, but my mom and sisters in law did go. They said it was great.
As for night life, the place is not that crowded even in TGIF. So it's great if you're into chill and relax environment. Compliments by local live band. Though I'm disappointed with SKYBAR place. But only open for function only.
All in all. I recommend this place for all with kids and family leisure. But if all adult I would rather go to Kundasang area for a little retreat.

Had rice with fried bitter gourd salted egg, mongolian lamb, deep fried tilapia in mango sauce - super yummy! great signature coffee too!

The ambience is unique and quite unexpected. It seems to spring out of nowhere in Keningau. The pool is very nice and it has restaurant, bar, spa and gym.
Worse management ever. Never go to the swimming pool, lifeguard are useless, specially the slides. No safety procedure at all. Guest are not told to wear safety helmet before using the slides, no safety guard to organize people on the slides area. My wife and I use the slides, when we reach down, bunch of other people are sliding close by to us, that guy hit my wife legs while she was standing and she fell down and hit her head on the ground. Luckily she was fine, only minor injury. Hope they will take actions or otherwise more people will get hurt, maybe major accident will happen to others.
Very good environment, one of the most fancy restaurant in Keningau. Price could be slightly high but worth to enjoy the environment there.
