I have been using Fed Up for months now, perhaps coming close to a year. The food is always fresh and some meals like the enchiladas and the buffalo salad I look forward to eating. This has allowed me to make eating healthy easy and enjoyable, even my husband loves the food. Their employees at pick up are very kind and personable and always willing to help. If I ever have any questions or a problem comes up Harley is always available and goes above and beyond. Fantastic company can’t say enough good things about them. Excellent meals, reasonable prices. Not the cheapest option compared to cooking at home and whatnot but for zero effort meals, definitely worth it. Just don’t make my mistake and miss the notice that meals are picked up twice a week instead of only once a week cuz I missed a pickup on my first week. Owner is immaculate at service. She called me personally within 3 days to respond to feedback and some suggestions I made on the website and said she’d already talked to her developer about it. I just finished my 4 week program! I originally signed up for it to help me eat through out the day after experiencing a lot of physical & mental health issues.. i just kind of stopped eating & needed something easy to make sure i was eating & eating a good balanced diet. I would say my overall experience was pretty good but a couple things I would do differently if I signed up for meals is FOR SURE pay the extra cost for shipping because i started to get overwhelmed driving back & forth twice a week & also had learn the hard way that orders get thrown out if you aren't there to pick them up. I did get the text for directions on what to do when a pick up is missed but also had to learn the hard way that you need to make sure your bag is held until you are able to grab that. My only feedback on that is i wish the pick up text would have indicated that if we don't pick it up within 3 days or don't coordinate a time to pick up in those 3 days that bags get thrown out. So I lost 2 while being out of town for the 4th. That was a bummer but also another reason why i'd do shipping next time! The food overall was good, there were alot i loved and then some not so much.. i'd say i probably threw out 20% myself, mostly the egg breakfasts, some of them were rough for me. The egg crepe however, was delicious.. i would have ate that everyday but only got one on my very last bag. And again, if i do it again i would just reach out & let them know what i'm not liking to see if they can come up with something else for me or just make sure i don't get those meals. Wasn't able to find out how they handle that because I never said anything & just kept seeing what the next week held since they're all a little different. The cookies & muffins are amazing & im sure i will be craving them & just ordering those on their own at some point. My daughter loves them too (: Also loved that everything was Gluten Free, didn't have any issues with any of the meals upsetting my stomach. And they had a good variety of meals for how many meals I did get in 4 weeks! The staff is always super friendly. The manager at the Draper location is super responsive when i did reach out as well as the owner! All super kind people! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently tried Fed Up Kitchen's meal prep service and I am so glad I did! The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I also really appreciated the convenience of having my meals already prepped and ready to go. I also liked that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The customer service was great as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Fed Up Kitchen for anyone looking for a convenient and delicious meal prep service. Healthy eating can be a struggle! Enter Fed Up and it is a game changer! I first started ordering their meals when I was moving. I didn’t have time to prepare or shop and these literally saved my life. Not only did they taste delicious but I was getting fantastic nutrition. I actually lost about ten pounds due to clean eating without a lot of effort! I was so impressed with how my body felt and the energy I had. The meals are well proportioned where I’m never hungry but also never overfull after eating. Literally perfection! The muffins are a family favorite and usually gone faster than I would like! It’s so easy to order with their online ordering and they have great locations for pickup. I like that you can pause your plan too if you go on vacation - it’s so flexible. Love Lynsie and the whole Fed Up team!

Fed Up kitchen is a great option for healthy but tasty options! I love getting their menus every week and having the ease of grabbing meals on the go — and keeping my goals intact as a busy mom of 3! Also love the muffins and parfaits! We even did a pickup when we were on vacation at the vegas location!

Fed Up has been the biggest life saver for me! I am a busy working mom, and it’s hard to find time to cook. Which usually results in eating out a ton. I’ve recently been focusing more on my health and these meals have kept me right on track! They have amazing macros and taste good too! I also love their muffins and my toddler does too which is a big bonus! Cherry on top is their customer service is amazing! Fed up is the best meal prep company I have tried! The others were either too high in fat or bland! I have been with them for months and haven’t gotten tired of the meals. They are so delicious and fresh and balanced with my macros. They switch them up so that you are always getting new meals. I have been able to lose the weight I need and maintain with these delicious meals. They are perfect for my busy life and keep me on track! Worth every single penny!

Fed Up is awesome! I’ve tried all the different meal prep companies that are out there (as I’m sure many of you have). Fed Up is number one over them all. Variety of the meals is better. Taste is AMAZING. I actually look forward to my meals which I can honestly say I never did with previous services. Also, I enjoy the different subscription options that are offered! Looking forward to being a customer for a long time moving forward!
