I love McDonald's Westwood! The friendliest stuff great food and service. Plus, the App makes it all easier with awesome deals. I loved the free ice cream for every day of my birth month ( in app redeem). Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person R 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This store had no milk to make milkshakes or ice coffees. I mean really... then I ordered 2 frappes... and I was asked to wait aside for it. 17 mins later they bring the frappe and say they only have 1 blender to make the frappes. No tomato sauce with the chips ordered either. This is an absolutely amazing McDonalds. The store is extremely clean and neat. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's the first time someone tried to upsell at a drive through, she was fantastic...well done! The service was very quick. The donuts were delicious, fresh and moist at only R10 each...give it a try, you will love it!

Great location, first time tried the drive through, which was slow as kak, just wanted a 10 piece nuggies and they were burnt and had like a leathery fish biltong flavour and it made my mouth taste weird , luckily you give 2 sauces which I could have had a third sauce that would have been nice. Should maybe get a Mc Feast deluxe instead? Overall nice secure parking and good dine in area. Located in a safe area I would think, very convenient if in westville and lower area just a off ramp away easy to join back any way of the free way. Waited for my food for about 10 minutes while other cars received their meals. When I told the workers about this they just gave me the food without apologizing. We ordered a happy meal and did not receive the toy . Our burgers and chips were cold aswell. Very poor service . Service Take out Meal type Lunch Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had to have been one of my best experiences at a McDonald's in Durban! It almost felt like I wasn't even in South Africa, well done to the team at this outlet. Every staff member that we dealt with was so courteous and friendly, the food was perfect, there was even a staff member that came through TWICE to check if everything was okay. I have been to this drive through and walk-in and it is by far the slowest service ever. 30 minutes wait for a walk in order and 30 minutes waiting in the drive through and needless to say, they never have ice cream. I keep telling myself not to go there to order but i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I always order 2 x 2 large cheese burger meal with 2 MacFlurry. Too many times have i ordered from westwood McDonald's, hoping the service would get better. Another disappointment tonight. I ordered at drive through and had a very simple order and was repeated back to me even. Went to pay, and a whole meal combo was left out of the order. I paid and couldn't be bothered to wait for them to ammend the order. Waited about 5mins for the actual food to be ready. Please fix this stores service!!!. Been multiple times when items were charged and things not received. This time i got the slip and had to request it from them. They always keep it and never give back when at collection window.
