The recipe for success of this fast food is its nicely cooked cheeseburgers, fish and chicken. Clients don't highly appreciate sundaes and coffee at McDonald's. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will definitely appreciate the lovely atmosphere and modern decor. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

As far as McDonald's goes, this one is wonderful. The food is always delivered quickly, and tastes sublime. Occasionally, the burgers don't have enough pickles on them, but this can be remedied by simply requesting extra pickles for free. The atmosphere isn't amazing, but I often bump into my peers here, as it is rather close to my school so that's a plus. Speaking of location, this McDonald's is located in a lovely building in a very central location. Five stars! Taradale McDonald’s is honestly a disgrace! Food quality is a joke! Packaging is a joke! And customer service is a joke!! Tonight we had food and drinks missing from our order, the double cheeseburger we got had one patty in it and looked like it had been stomped on! they then realised that they missed a patty, so threw one in the bag by itself on top of all the food. The single cheeseburger was in the same condition- both were smashed and squashed but still tightly wrapped! The quality you receive at the Taradale store is far more often offensively bad than it is good! And has been for a while now! I think the recruitment process is that they go round all the local primary schools and ask for the students that can’t tie a shoelace or count to 10 and offer them a job! 👍 Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered flat white and latte. Half was filled with coffee the rest in froth. If you want a large coffee, order 2 large cups. Management seem to not care at all Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Slow. Shocking. Team seemed very disorganised and confused as to what they were doing. It took 15-20 mins for orders to come out considering there were only 4-5 customers in-store with a full team on shift. There was only 1 person that was putting in 100% effort while the rest weren’t. Big ups to the guy who was wearing dress pants and a blue button up. This one is for the customers- No racial hate but, every time me and my family come here we get ugly looks from WHITE people; I’m half white so imma say it- Keep your ugly faces to yourself!! If you don’t like seeing brown people dine here then leave or just shut up and eat your food. Brown families come to feed there kids; not look at your judgement/racist looks. Thanks Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $60–70 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Double Quarter Pounder

For many years, the Taradale McDonald's held a special place in the hearts of both locals and visitors. It was a beacon of joy, offering not only the delicious fast-food menu but also the freedom to customize your drink just the way you wanted it. Unfortunately, those days of self-serve drink stations have come to an end, leaving patrons with a less flavorful experience. The self-serve drink station at Taradale McDonald's was, in many ways, a symbol of choice and freedom. It allowed customers to mix and match their drink flavors to suit their individual tastes, from classic sodas to endless combinations of refreshing beverages. It was a DIY paradise for those who appreciated the simple joy of crafting their perfect drink. The removal of the self-serve drink station feels like a departure from the principles of choice and customization that have become synonymous with the fast-food industry. It's as if a small but significant piece of culinary democracy has been stripped away. In the age of personalization and options, the move is disappointing. While the change may have been motivated by practical reasons, such as sanitation concerns or logistical challenges, it's hard not to feel a sense of loss. The new system, where employees prepare drinks, may be more efficient, but it lacks the personal touch and variety that the self-serve station once provided. However, it's worth noting that the Taradale McDonald's remains a beloved establishment. The core menu items continue to be consistent in quality, and the friendly staff still strive to provide excellent service. The familiar comfort of McDonald's is still there; it's just that the experience of creating your own unique beverage has been diminished. In the end, while it's hard to bid farewell to the self-serve drink station at the Taradale McDonald's, we can appreciate the many fond memories it provided over the years. McDonald's is, after all, known for its adaptability and customer-centric approach, so who knows what the future holds. For now, we can only hope that the spirit of choice and democracy in our drink selections will one day make a triumphant return to the Golden Arches. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The coffee was good, and they listened when we asked for no sugar. The burgers were well put together, and customised as requested. The atmosphere is nicer than the local refurbished McD's, with padded booths, and comfortable seating - not all modern and sterile. Hate to say it, but was the worst maccas I've been to in ages. Looked under staffed, place was un kept, un wiped tables. Rubbish on the floor. My order was cold from the get go. The cheese hadn't even melted on the patty of my big mac. Took 20mins for the wife's order, she had to go ask, her order had been sitting the whole time without being called....her food was cold and they did even care to apologise or remake the order hot. The branch was nice enough with the ol art deco inspired decor. To bad everything else was below average. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last two times I've gone to this drive thru they've missed something out of the order and had to go back to get it - extremely frustrating. This place is too unreliable so won't be going back there again!!

Uniquely Art Deco decor which gives it a little bit more character over other McDonalds. Found service friendly though slow considering didn't seem that busy. Was handed a large fifthly table number stand and instructed to pick a table and food would be delivered which it eventually was and of consistent quality as you'd expect. Exiting car park can be challenging if queue of vehicles are ordering via drive through.
Wasn't busy, ordered ourselves and only waited a couple of minutes for it to be ready. Burgers were quite greasy and one had enough onion for 3 burgers haha.
