This mcdonald's outlet is a convenient hangout spot for those who are visiting the lake garden. Always a lot of patrons dining in during lunch time due to its strategic location. The food and drinks are the usual mcdonald's standard and taste. Service was decent, the place was clean and comfortable although seatings are limited when it's crowded. Toilet is clean.

Everything (most promotion item, nugget on last batch, chicken on last batch) was sold out by the time we came only had a few pieces of chicken and nugget left almost everything was unavailable, staff had a unsatisfied look when they gave us our order had to wait over 40+ mins for our food, and when asked about our food (cause we order quite a big set of chicken), when seeing others get their chicken they kept saying wait even tho they were giving chicken to customer after us. Just wanted midnight meal but at the end left with angry, disappointed and not even hungry feeling. Really wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for midnight meal road stall would be faster, kinder and taste better. And even worse when food had gotten to our hands fries was already cold, drink had already melted 40% due to food wait time.

Regular hangout place. Pack during peak hours and weekends. Months ago I had a bad experience dining here and after a few feedbacks they've shown improvement a lot. Food is awesome and tasty not overcooked or undercooked. Highly recommended if you're planning to have fast food after visiting lake garden or Taiping zoo.
While I like the sauce in the chicken burger, there was not much of it.
The chicken didn't taste chicken enough, like it's made with much of flour or something..
The beef burger came without onion, unlike the picture on the menu.
French fries are good. Pickles are amazing, always ask for extra.
The place is large with many seating options. Service is good, staffs were professional.
Cars que at the drive through is so long, good luck if you are there on weekends.

A lot of breakfast menu not available especially before 15-30 mins before breakfast cut off time. So be prepared for disappointment if u are going for the breakfast menu. Dining hall also has flies which is a horror. Also have to get out of car and go to the dining area if you want to use wireless tap payment. A lot of room for improvement but this is a laissez-faire town.

I am quite dissatisfied with the newly implemented parking charges. The fact that only credit or debit cards are accepted for payment is rather inconvenient. It seems unreasonable to charge for parking, especially when patrons come to dine. Additionally, the sharp turns in the parking area create a safety hazard for cars. While the first hour of parking is complimentary, the subsequent two hours come with a hefty charge of RM2. This pricing policy raises concerns about safety and doesn't align with the expectation of free parking.

Staff very friendly as this is my first time visiting mcD Taiping lake. Very helpful and polite to always help and guide customer to order through the self order system especially tourist customer like me.
