Using the kiosk to scan app deals promotion but failed, so asked us to order at counter.
When we want to add on orders, I mentioned that I want nugget set, medium, drinks change to iced latte. I even mentioned two times ICED LATTE. Then I saw the she key in 2 medium latte, but when she re-enter my order, she asked me LATTE PANAS? == Then I said again ICED, I never say I want large, but end up she key in large Iced Latte == . Service was so sucks. So many staffs there, 5-6 staffs but service super slow. Waited 20 mins + but not much orders at counter too. Nuggets were not fully cooked.

Went during lunch hour. Did wait for some time to get my order. I should go a little later let say 1:30 p.m. then the queue won't be there anymore. Overall food is nice. Can't miss it if you r somewhere around.

The Nasi Lemak McD + 1pc SCM cutlet is not bad. Crispy chicken cutlet with mildly fragrant rice, topped with savoury anchovies and spicy sambal. The ice blended lychee berry is sweet and refreshing, dousing the flames from the sambal.
Always my top choice when I am at Senai airport, good staff, good service, atmosphere is excellent. As for the taste of food, u know…. Is mcd.
