This McDonald's in Šiauliai is a standard but convenient spot. The multiple order screens streamline the process. What really impressed me was the courteous table-cleaning woman. She was exceptionally polite and had a warm smile. Great service!" Service Dine in Price per person €5–10

The place is always crowded, too small, always cant find a table to sit, the city needs a second branch in the centre to be completely fair to the residents of the city. I have chance to visit Lithuanian mcdonalds not to fancy to eat at mcdonalds but I have to try different country mcdonalds experience and I been bit disappointed ketchup and other souce you have to pay for it in other countries souce are free this is bit disappointment burger is quite similar like every other mcdonald not to much wat to say atmosphere is exactly like in every mcdonald nothing different only big disappointment is toilet was not clean and dirt every specially on toilet seat looks like someone don't do job properly. And one more thing parking was to icie very slippery not cleaned at all no salt on pathway somebody can realy get hurt or easily get damaged your one property. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Your personnel needs more attention and training. Ordered food on the app, came to pick it up. And they have forgot to add more meals that I ordered and spent money on. Customer service level very low. Service Take out
