I have been coming here for many years. Not all managers are leaders “SAD” But True. I blame the manager that’s on ! Maybe they don’t like their job? McDonald’s is in need of good management to keep the workers moving. I like this place never had a problem. I’m praying for the young lady that was attacked & stabbed in the bathroom. You can’t call this place fast food, if you don’t have 15-20 min to park and wait for your order just go somewhere else other wise dine in cause your going to be there for a while. Double check your order before leaving, they seem to never get a simple order correct Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I give out stars, I do it so that they are proportionate to the expectations. Yes, a McDonald’s can get five stars. It will be held to a much lower standard than a fancy restaurant in Beverly Hills. With that being said, this easily was the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. It was very mechanical and sterile. That applies to the tables and counter, as well as the staff. With one exception, the staff could not have been more cold, disinterested, and unhelpful. As a manager, I would have fired everyone on the crew, with one exception, and would have shut down the place until I could hire people who want to be there and have a good attitude. My son ordered the two cheeseburgers combo, asking for mayonnaise to be added to them. Instead, he got one cheeseburger with double the amount of mayonnaise you would give to someone in the Marines, and the other one had no mayonnaise. With zero exaggeration, there was a half-cup of mayonnaise on the cheeseburger. It was all over the place. It got thrown away before I could take a picture of it. When we asked for ketchup, they were all out. Someone had to go to the back to get more. There was also no soap in the bathroom, and the hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the restaurant were empty.

I've been to this Mcdonald for 5 years and I've never had any single problem. Food taste good, employees are welcoming for the most of them and it's pretty fast too. The only wrong thing is probably the drivethrough lane that goes in front of the store, blocking the access to the storefront parking spot but that's it. I ordered one large fries through the drive thru today. I got an old made fries, it had an old crusty taste to it. So I requested a fresh batch. The girl at the window had a snobby giggle and grabbed the bag. A min later she gives me the same bag and closes the window on me. Very rude service here everytime. I hate that I had to give 1 star. I don’t know how cooked you like your bacon but this is the way these r3tards do it at reems and greenway. This location sucks. There’s always 5 people in the lobby complaining about their orders being wrong. And I’ve seen grass grow at greater speeds than these employees. You guys need to clean house or shut this location down.

I have gone 3 times Everytime I have a bad experience I will be making the drive to bell road for proper service next time. This last time I got a small fry when I ordered a large as seen in pictures. Other times fry's are cooked to much or old. I get it your busy and rushed but I mean come on! Brianna the manager at this location was very rude. I called to speak with a manager to discuss why all 4 of our fries had brown spots all over them. Brianna explained “because we haven’t been able to change our oil” I was appalled. Who serves that to their customers? One star because her communication skills are poor. All I asked was if I could save my receipt and get a refund at a later time. I explained I was tired after a long day of work and didn’t want to drive back out there tonight. No apology and no other options were provided to fix the problem. Definitely doesn’t deserve a lead position.

All the employees here understand the true meaning of customer service. It's not very often when you have an entire team on the same page every time. If there's ever a problem, it's always addressed properly, I can't say anything better.

It really depends on who's working that day. I've had amazing service and piping hot food (plus all of my sauces are there) when there are specific workers, and then cold food and poor service (with forgotten items) with others. I eat there often enough to where I know exactly what I'm getting depending on who hands me the food. I wish I had their names because those women really deserve a raise! I understand being burned out at a job, so I don't complain when there is a mishap. Retail is rough enough. But overall, not a bad location.
