Either not enough help or who knows. One gal at the counter. She also had to make all the drinks like shakes and package the food while the drive up window had 2 people on it. Bells and alarms going off the whole time. Took the whole hour we had off the tour bus to get our order. Only 10 to 12 of us from the bus, the rest were smart and went elsewhere in the area. And really, how long does it take to make a happy meal. Priorities definitely on drive thru orders. Not sure that I would return. Order taker struggling with taking orders and making change correctly. Food came out wrong, fried were old and cold , order was not taken correctly, used surrounding tables staid dirty the entire time we were inside eating, stools at tables need to be reupholstered. Food was greasy and only warm. Found the cleanest table, then wiped it off so we could eat. Ketchup was watered down. Bathrooms were average. The best part was at least the associates were somewhat friendly. Won't be going back. Went to Taco Bell the next day, during rush hour, and I would give it a 5/5. "A 'McFiasco' in Branson - Fast Food, Slow Service, and a Whiff of Disappointment" Step right up, folks, to the greatest (and slowest) show in Branson, Missouri – the McDonald's where time stands still, and your appetite goes on a rollercoaster of regret! First off, let's talk about the futuristic ordering kiosk, which I suspect is powered by a hamster on a wheel. I tapped my order with the hope of a child wishing upon a star. Little did I know, my wish was about to be granted by a mischievous genie with a twisted sense of humor. After what felt like a decade (I think I celebrated two birthdays in that line), we received our culinary 'treasures'. The burger had a certain je ne sais 'poo' quality, and the fries were as limp as a forgotten noodle in the sink. I'd have had a more enjoyable time eating the receipt. And the pièce de résistance? The aroma. Ah, nothing quite complements a meal like the gentle, wafting scent of eau de toilette, courtesy of the ambiance. In conclusion, if you're craving a memorable experience in Branson, this McDonald's is a must-avoid. It's where joy goes to wither and food goes to... well, let's just say it's a 'number two' experience in a 'number one' world. One star, because they don't let you rate in toilet paper rolls. Order on your own, Kiosks are closed not working. Not sure, why you put them in or installed them in the restaurant when they don’t work. Manager asked me to leave the store because I told him they were 5,000 dollars and they were a waste of money. I ordered anyway and I’m waiting on my food. Manager is a joke. Do your job take my order don’t argue and just take my order. Or… open your kiosks and I’ll take my own order. Curbside pickup and over 12 minutes to get a couple of quarter pounders. Double of normal timing. I was just about to go inside to see if they lost the order. Burgers were cooked right. Food: 5 Service: 3

I ordered ahead on the app and got my food in a fairly reasonable amount of time! But my parents ordered on the kiosk directly behind me and got their food 33mins later (after having to ask where it was) we ate inside and had to find a decently clean table to eat at. Food was delicious but super slow service. They are more focused on drive through than inside on front counter, management needs help! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Pic 8/31 Short version: don't go here. Details:The employees were very focused on a busy drive thru, so it took a few moments to notice us at the counter. Strike 1. We placed our order and were pleased they do table service. Our food arrived at our table in a reasonable time; our Big Breakfast looked great and the sausage biscuit looked normal. Good sign. We dove into the Big Breakfast and found the biscuit was tough to bite into. So tried the Sausage Biscuit. Same thing. Strike 2. How hard is it to keep biscuits contained so they retain their moisture? Why do they cook them so much that the top is so hard? We removed the top of the biscuit to eat it them. Before leaving we ordered a drink through the mobile app, and seeing the table service, chose it. We waited. And waited. Finally walked to the counter and saw it sitting, ready, in the back, and the employees doing other things. STRIKE 3! I had to ask for it. It was partially melted from sitting there so long. Don't go here. There are 2 other McDonald's in Branson. This McDonald's isn't worth your time or money.

The worst McDonalds I have been to. Had to tell the lady my order 3 times. Each time she got more hateful. Pull up to the window to pay and she was less than polite. Got to second window only to find that my order was still wrong. Asked if they would ring up the two items I was missing and pay at that window, nope gotta pull around or come inside. We are talking a cpl bucks here people. Not my fault your order taking person jacked up my order. We leave and pull over to eat in the parking lot, oh boy. My extra sauce big Mac has enough sauce for three big macs let along just the extra I ordered. Two other sandwiches are not right as well. The truck behind me are folks I am traveling with. There order was placed online and still this place screwed up their order. I get it yal, times are tough and it's hard to get good help. You need some strong leadership in these places. Needless to say, I was less than pleased. May just keep my business at the other McDonald's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
