I ordered online thru the app and that worked great and food was ready shortly after I arrived, that said you would think it would have been hot. Burger and fries were luke warm at best (Sat in dining room) but what was most upsetting after paying so much for lunch and upgrading from a medium to large fry, it was only about 2/3 full. I paid good hard earned money for a large and received maybe a medium. Completely ripped off and major disappointment. The team could at least make sure the fries are FULL and HOT 🔥 We all know you can do better. The pics added show my disappointment. This McDonald’s has gone downhill.It’s run by a bunch of kids. They have no customer service at all. They all mumble when they talk to you so it’s hard to understand what they are saying. The food is lousy. My hamburgers were both raw in the middle and the fries were still frozen. Someone could get food poisoning. The staff is always hanging out with their friends instead of helping people at the counter. I saw a boy playing with this EarPod then handling food. That was disgusting.🤮 This used to be the best McDonald’s in Bonita Springs. It’s clear there is no strong management here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
