This place is a literal joke. Hillbillies with no teeth so rude, and I asked the drive thru window guy to make sure my fries and nuggets were fresh, and he ignored me 3 times. At the window I mentioned it again he said “im ignoring you” I said why? He said fast food is not fresh. I went to the window and my fries were brown, and my chicken nuggets were raw. They proceeded to cus me out, and I asked for a refund. Ultimately the ghetto man who was being rude is the manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 30 mins for a mobile order, fries undercooked covered in oil, messed up the order for a fish fillet and a Mc crispy. Trash service from trash people that couldn’t care about the quality of their food. I’d fire the entire crew and start over or just close the location all together. Getting real tired of paying higher prices for horrible service and quality. I hope one of the high school drop outs running the store burns it down from a grease fire.

No refills on coffee? Are you serious? A small coffee at $1.39 for example cost $0.015 for the cup and $0.05 for the coffee itself.Jan 5, 2014. Everytime we stop here there is some sort of problem. Order wrong, food cold, employees and Managers making their own price to being RUDE. No other McDs in Gulfport/ Biloxi area operates like this. Service was good location is convenient however this time the food was not up to par. The French fries were not fresh and seemed like left over due to all being small pieces of fries in the 2 larges we ordered. Quarter pounder wife ate said was good but my big mac I ordered was dry and tasted like I was eating only bread. I threw half of it away it was the worst big mac I've ever had unfortunately. Great customer service. Pokemon happy meals are the best. The only way to catch them all is to buy more happy meals. The staff was super helpful. They did not complain about making 20 happy meals. Thanks for doing such a great promotion. Pokemon 25th anniversary.
