Ordered at counter, number 4 combo, and it took forever. No communication. Fries were almost cool. I had to ask about my order to prompt getting it. Not sure what the problem was. Very clean. The guy that took my order was nice - got the order wrong. Then silence. Then meh food. Delayed my road trip almost 40 min. Normally takes 15 at this type of stop. Waited 20 min, no communication or explanation and fries were barely warm, like they'd been sitting around, and this was lunch time. Nice area and clean restaurant, just poor service and food. Nothing about this establishment is work complimenting. The managers will stand around with the employees watching videos on the phone while we are standing in line for food and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. The employees are truly rude with no respect for customers. I am literally writing from their lobby. Masker family brand has really done a number with training this group of employees. Closest one to where I live..... I placed a mobile order and got there in like 5 or so min. Busy drive thru so I expected a bit of wait no biggie. Usual service get em in and out. Food is meh but it's mcdonalds you get what you pay for. But no matter what 9 times out of 10 ilsomethong is missing out of my bag. Don't get me wrong once I leave I know I'm responsible for it and I should check my order but I shouldn't have to its the food business you should be doing your best to get it out right the first time. Went to drive thru but ordered from the app first. Once I learned to navigate the app successfully instead of having to start again several times, I think I'm startin'to like McD's again. Ordering in advance made it a breeze going thru drive thru ! It was like.... bam, bam, bam !.... n I was on my way home and, best part..... my special order, cuz y'all know I'm freaking picky ...... was CORRECT!!! Yes, I said it........
